Balvinder graduated in law and has more than 30 years of experience working exclusively in area of immigration law. He began his career in 1989 as an Immigration Counsellor with the Immigrants Advisory Service (IAS)

Since leaving the IAS, Balvinder remained in the UK immigration field as an Immigration Consultant in private practice and as an Immigration Executive with a leading immigration law firm in the U.K. Bartram & Co Solicitors.

During the past 3 decades, Balvinder has dealt regularly with government departments and overseas posts whilst helping thousands of individuals and families with their immigration applications.

Balvinder has also represented clients before the Immigration Appellate Authorities on a regular basis. In the past he has been quoted in legal journals and newspapers in matters pertinent to his immigration experiences and successful client decisions.

Balvinder regularly attends and participates in seminars/courses relevant to immigration practice in order to keep abreast of the ever-changing U.K. immigration regulations and policies and to provide competent and professional services for the benefit of his clients.

In addition to being registered with the OISC at Level 3, Balvinder is registered with ICCRC and has actively been practising Canadian immigration law for the past 15 years.
